Axi Spreads and Fees | Real Cost of Standard and Premium

Not sure whether Standard or Premium is cheaper when you look at Axi's spreads and fees?
In short, cost depends on the account type, and for accounts with a commission you should compare spread plus commission together. If you open through an XB referral link, your real cost drops by the amount of cashback (amounts will be published at launch in December 2026).
Based on Axi's official account page (checked September 10, 2026), this article sorts out the terms of the three accounts and the cost per lot.
Summary: Compare Axi by spread plus commission
- Standard has no commission, with EUR/USD spreads from 0.7 pips
- Premium has spreads from 0.0 pips, with a $4.5 round-turn commission per lot
- Elite has spreads from 0.0 pips, with a $3.5 round-turn commission per lot. The initial deposit is $25,000
- Via XB, your real cost drops by the cashback amount (amounts will be published at launch)
Axi spreads and fees by account type
Axi offers three accounts: Standard, Premium, and Elite. The table below summarizes the terms we checked on the official Japanese account page on September 10, 2026.
| Account | Spread | Commission | Minimum deposit | Leverage |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | From 0.7 pips | None | No set minimum (only the minimum for each deposit method) | Up to 1:1000* |
| Premium | From 0.0 pips | $4.5 round turn per lot | $500 (first deposit only) | Up to 1:1000* |
| Elite | From 0.0 pips | $3.5 round turn per lot | $25,000 (first deposit) | Up to 1:1000* |
Standard has no initial deposit requirement; only each deposit method has its own minimum. If you want an Elite account, contact customer support.
Cost per trade in yen
The spread cost is the number of pips multiplied by the value of 1 pip. For yen crosses, you can use the simple conversion of 1 pip = ¥1,000 per lot.
| Account | Spread cost (1 lot) | Commission (round turn) | How to read |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | From about ¥700 | None | This is the minimum, so the actual cost is at least this |
| Premium | From ¥0 | $4.5 | Compare the total including commission |
| Elite | From ¥0 | $3.5 | Compare the total including commission |
For EUR/USD, 1 pip on 1 lot is about 10 USD. Standard's 0.7 pips is about 7 USD, and Premium's commission is $4.5 round turn.
Spreads fluctuate, so this comparison is only a guide. Check the total using the actual spread of the currency pair you trade.
How to think about real cost after cashback
If you open an account via XB, cashback based on your trading volume is returned to your trading account. Real cost is the total of spread and commission minus the cashback amount.
The cashback amount is not yet decided, so let's assume 1 USD per lot. For Premium, the $4.5 commission becomes $3.5; for Elite, $3.5 becomes $2.5.
Which Axi account should you choose?
- Standard: for those who want no trading commission and a small starting deposit
- Premium: for those who want to compare spread and commission together
- Elite: for those with larger funds who want to keep commissions down
The Axi Trading app supports Standard accounts only. Add the tools you want to use to your criteria when choosing an account.
