Article 1 (Application)
These Terms set out the conditions for using XBack (the "Site") operated by the XBack運営事務局 (the "Operator"). Users shall use the Site on the basis that they agree to these Terms.
Article 2 (Services)
The Site provides information on offshore FX broker cashback (auto-rebates), calculators and columns. Cashback itself is credited to trading accounts by each broker's system and is not paid by the Operator.
Article 3 (Cashback conditions)
The eligibility, amount and credit timing of cashback follow each broker's terms and systems. Conditions published on the Site are those as of the time of checking and may differ if the broker changes them.
Article 4 (Prohibited acts)
- Using the information on the Site for improper purposes
- Attempting to obtain cashback by means that violate a broker's terms
- Copying, reposting or altering the Site's content without permission
- Interfering with the operation of the Site
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information on the Site and is not liable for any damage arising from trades or decisions made by users based on that information. Details are set out in the Disclaimer.
Article 6 (Intellectual property)
Copyright in the text, images, tools and other content of the Site belongs to the Operator or the rightful holders. Broker logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Article 7 (Changes to the Terms)
The Operator may change these Terms as necessary. Changed Terms take effect when posted on the Site.
Article 8 (Governing law)
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Operator's jurisdiction.
