XS Trading Miles (Loyalty Program)

When you trade FX, oil, metals and BTC in an eligible account, XS Miles are granted automatically for every lot. Accumulated miles can be exchanged for cash rewards.

There are 5 tiers based on your settled trading volume (USD) over the past 90 days, and the higher the tier, the more miles you earn per lot. There is no monthly cap on miles earned.

Eligibility

  • New and existing XS clients (participation is at XS's discretion)
  • Eligible accounts: Standard, Classic, Extra, First Deposit Bonus 10,000 JPY (regular miles), Pro and Elite (half the miles)
  • Eligible instruments: FX, oil, metals and BTC (only trades held for 2 minutes or more)

Key conditions

  • Tiers and miles earned per lot (Standard etc. / Pro and Elite): Trader (up to 2 million USD) 50 / 25, Active Trader (up to 10 million USD) 60 / 30, Pro Trader (up to 25 million USD) 80 / 40, Super Trader (up to 100 million USD) 100 / 50, Top Trader (over 100 million USD) 120 / 60
  • Tiers are determined by settled trading volume (USD) over the past 90 days. Level-ups are evaluated daily (around 8:00 a.m. Japan time) and take effect the day after you qualify
  • Level-downs occur at the 90-day evaluation on the 1st of each month, and you also drop one level if you do not trade for 20 consecutive days
  • After you submit a miles redemption request, XS takes up to 5 business days to review it

    Log in to the client portal

    If you do not have an account, open one first.

    Trade in an eligible account

    Miles are added automatically to FX, oil, metals and BTC trades held for 2 minutes or more.

    Check your miles balance and tier

    You can check them under "XS Miles" in the client area menu.

    Exchange for rewards

    Exchange miles for cash rewards using the redemption request form. Review takes up to 5 business days.

Check the official page and the latest notice in the client area for the exchange rate between miles and cash. The terms state that XS may change the rewards at any time
The terms (the English version is authoritative) state that XS gives 5 business days' notice when the program ends, and unredeemed miles expire
Keeping a tier requires continued trading volume, and benefits stop if you no longer meet the conditions
The terms do not say whether this can be combined with XB cashback (IB rebate). Check with XS support before participating
